Why I built Trendline

I've struggled a lot with my mental health—it's actually hard to know how I am doing. One of the challenges is that I tend to only really document when I am doing really bad or really good. My whole picture of my mental health is based on those more extreme moments. As I am working on getting better, I wanted a way to see the full picture of my mental health over time. So I built Trendline to try to give me a better picture of my mental health over time. I thought maybe others could benefit from it too.
